Most people love the garlic cheddar biscuits at Red Lobster. I know I do. Going to Red Lobster doesn’t a peel to me anymore. It is some much cheaper and quieter to have a seafood meal at home.
These are a drop style biscuit so no need to roll out the dough or need for a biscuit cutter.
1 Clove of Garlic
4 oz Cheddar Cheese finely shredded
2 c Flour
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1 Tbs Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 c Butter
1 c Milk
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Rosemary (break into tiny pieces)
In a medium to large bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and milk. Then mix in the butter.
After the biscuit dough is mixed well I add the garlic, garlic powder, rosemary and cheddar cheese. Work it into the dough so it is well mixed through out the dough.
Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Scoop out the desired size biscuit and drop it onto you cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-16 minutes until biscuit start to brown on the top.
