WHY IS THE SUNSHINE BLOGGER AWARD SPECIAL?
When is the last time you recognized someone out of the blue? We sometimes get so wrapped up in our daily lives that we forget those kind words and gestures that can uplift the spirits of another human being. In a world so chaotic and stressful my spirits were uplifted when I opened my Facebook page to find my nomination. Big Thanks to Kathy, Finding Kathy Brown who nominated me for a Sunshine Award!

1. One travel destination that is still on your wish list?
Alaska, There is still a lot of the old style living there.
2. Why did you start your blog?
I started blogging to share my love for cooking.
3. If you could give one piece of advice to someone starting a blog what would it be?
Blog about something you are passionate about!
4. How many places have you lived in your lifetime?
8 different places
5. What is your most prized possession?
My family! They are what keep me going!
6. Your favorite restaurant and its location (state)?
Loc’s, it a small breakfast and lunch restaurant here in Savannah, GA. The food is amazing!!
7. Who has had the biggest impact on your life?
My fiance, Derek! He made me realize that life has so much to offer. He is always there for me. He inspires me to keep going and challenge himself.
8. If money was no object, what would you buy?
A house with a huge yard, so I can have a huge garden!
9. Describe yourself in one word?
Humbled
10. Where do you see your blog in five years?
I hoping to have several delicious recipes and something for everyone!
11. Is there anything about your blog that is a work in progress?
The dishes! There are a lot more dishes involved when taking pictures!
