This pizza dough is simple and easy to make. Plus no need to knead the dough! I personally don’t mind if the dough needs to kneaded. I use my Kitchen Aid for that. This dough is light and yummy.
No Knead Pizza Crust
Simple and easy no knead pizza crust
- 3 1/2 c Warm Water
- 1 Tbs Active Dry Yeast
- 7 1/2 c Flour
- 1 Tbs Salt

In a large bowl, add water and yeast. Allow the yeast to activate for 10 minutes.
Add half of the flour and salt. Mix until combined. Add 1/2 cup of flour at a time until the dough is just sticky to touch.
Place dough in a greased large bowl to raise for an hour. Cover with greased plastic wrap.
1/4 of batch makes a nice size pizza crust.
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
This is my go to dough when I forgot to make my dough early enough for dinner. I happens more often then I would like to admit.
